Hi everyone

Just wondering where everyone's personal thought is on the order of value when it comes to short domain abbreviations and value... I know the 3 character domains are very rare, but the 2 character domains are even rarer- curious to know what people find more attractive whether it's 2 numeral domains, 2 letter domains, etc. Or even, is a LN (letter-numeral) better than a NL (numeral-letter)...?

I've focused this thread on the 6 favourite types of abbreviations, however feel free to post your own if you think they score higher. Just from personal experience so far I would have to rate it like this, valued from highest value to lowest value:

LL
NN
LN
NL
LLL
NNN

Does that seem about right?

Thanks for the help! :)

Generally, all numbers are higher valued than all letters (because there are fewer of them).

I'm just stating on a random, wholesale basis, all numbers are worth more than all letters. When it comes to developing the domain and the value derived from selling to an end user, that is another story.

This is true in a reseller sense, but when it comes to actual end user sales I would say that the purely LETTER based domains are worth more. :)
