I have someone looking to buy this domain. Any ideas what it is worth. Appreciate any input 
It's about 11 months old and has a PR 4 about 460 pages indexed with Google, over 1000 with Yahoo
Currently it's a directory but I think they want it for other purposes.
I tried a couple online (free) appraisal services one said about $300 the other over $1200.
