My site that I would like you to appraise is computerht . com

Here are the stats....

ComputerHT stands for computer how to.

Right now it is a wordpress blog and gets about 25 hits a day right now. About 85% of the hits are from various long tail keywords primarily from google. Other traffic coming from articles and yahoo answers.

Currently the site has 5 pages or in this case posts. Its set up more like a site than a blog. The home page has a PR of 3 and the 5 other pages have a PR of 2.

Im currently making around $300 a month from clickbank commissions and about $10 a month with adsense.

I would like your thoughts on the domain and the site overall, what do you think I could sell it for right now if I wanted to?

Thanks in advance!!

Bump, no one has any opinion on the value of this site and domain?

The common belief is that if you have to explain a domain name, that's a major handicap. While that doesn't mean it can't become a good brandable, it normally does mean a low appraisal until somewhat established.

For value, just figure a 24 - 36 month revenue average.

Ya that makes sense... I am hoping to get it even more profitable before I sell it. Im not using any cheap traffic tricks, just all organic natural taffic. Hopefully I will sell it some day for a lot!

Brand computerht.com as Computer How To and you are back where you started since you don't own computerhowto.com. So the domain alone is terrible.
