Well unfortunately their is a grace period after the expiration date that gives the owner extra time to renew the domain. It normally last up to 30 days can be more. After the 30 days it will be auction off, and the winner would take the domain. If the domain does not get any bids then you will be able to handreg the domain. Though I hardly doubt that this domain will not get any bids.
