A5 Flyer Design Needed

Hi,

I'm looking for an A5 flyer to be designed to promote my website offline.

I want someone who has creative ability, as although I know what I want to convey, I'm not sure of the best way of conveying it.

I also need you to be able to work within certain perameters requried by printers.

Lastly, I would like someone who can show me prior experience of graphics design work.
