My friend is thinking about a virtual business center creating where small business units can occupy an virtual office; perhaps it will have a big virtual conference hall, where participants communicate online in a separate virtual room; besides the center would have fair and exhibition hall. I have not came across to something like this. What do you think? Is it worth money and forces investing?

sounds like a professional version of second life (a game) LOL

Very good ideas defintly worth investing in but needs major advertising.

Hmm...I think Microsoft has come up with something like that (Live Meeting). So you're friend will be facing tough competition from the start.

Yeah... there are companies that do this right now in Second Life. You could easily set it up there, but you'll need to do some research on your competition and see if it's actually a service people will pay for. Good luck. :tu:

Second Life has a version for businesses so they can do this sort of stuff :) Its pretty cool but takes so long to get the virtual avatar to look the way you want it :hehe:

Really like the sound of this. Has alot of potential. It would take massive investment to get it above the competition mentioned here though, I would assume.
