I am always on the look out for a "stand out" domain name to add to my portfolio. A name that has that "WOW" factor without the $50,000 per annum fee that DM want.
I think I have found such a name on TDNAM Expired Name list at bid starting price of $10. The name is:
thesearchforamericasgreatestsingingtruckdrivercontest.tv
As can be appreciated this name is unique in that there are not too many 53 letter 9 word names around. In fact they are quite rare.
Furthermore, the stats are very memorable:
Google: 0
Yahoo: 0
OVT: "no suggestions" - take that to be O
Domain Score: no result
I have checked and re-checked and there does not appear to be any TM issues. Unfortunately the .com is regged but it is available, and would suit .mobi.
On the negative, incorporating an email address onto a letterhead, or heaven forbid, a business card could be awkward to say the least, BUT the positive spin is that there is almost 0 chance of receiving spam.
I know what your all thinking - the name could go the way of VOIP.TV and get reclaimed by the owner before the auction closes in 3 days. Time will tell.
