A simple tool to check for number of outgoing links on a page

Hi all,

I saw a request several weeks ago regarding a tool to check for the number of outgoing links on a page.. so that he / she does not have to count manually..

Therefore, I created a simple Links Counter in my site for everyone's free usage. It also comments on the strength of pagerank distribution accordingly.
