A NP webring?

I myself like to share information,links,advertising tactics and ect...With those who share back with me...There are many people who want all information on how to's ..domaing...web design...coding...But they want your information handed to them with nothing in exchange....While others just do not wish to share methods of making sales or any other information..That is ok...they need not read any further..What i am thinking would be a great thing here at NPs.... A webring...for those of us who have shareable knowledge and are willing to share....People work better in numbers...To ones success is to alls success....people helping people achieve success is a very rewarding thing,I would rather launch a website with 4 people,Than have a website sitting null waiting for those big visitors to arrive...My point is...people can team up...use each others knowledge to prosper with thier projects...It's simple,But you have to be willing to share and partner....Is this webring even a possibility?

Perhaps....But each individual would have to skills,meaning,people with no skills can not be apart of the ring...until they aquire and prove thier skills worthy...Many people with no knowledge or skills want highly profitable information and resources handed to them for nothing...This ring wouldn't be for them...Us people who have worked very hard and earned our knowledge of information and valuable resources and ect...Could work together,perhaps even partner in some projects to see the project prosper.

I think its an excellent idea John, though I'm not sure if it should be associated with NamePros, other than the fact that you are recruiting members for the webring here. The reason I say that is I think with so many members here at NP, many with quality skills, the webring would simply get too big to logistically manage. What I think could actually be very successful, is if you could pair together a few web designers, coders, and content writers, and mass produce quality sites with each person only focusing on their speciality. This way each person directly benefits from each other's skills, and then everyone can split any profits from the site's income, and/or sale.

I like the idea, and would love to be part of it.

Tom's idea is great as well, like having a "Web Development Co-operative Company" sorta thing.

I can administrate and setup forums, do copywriting or manage finances if it ever comes off.

I might possible be interested. I half a few domains sitting around that could possible be used. I also have a server/reseller (no just a basic one - no vps or ded). I have no one else on my server, just my domains. But suits my needs of parking my domains and building them from there and than selling them back when they have PR and what not.

As well as experience in content writing or paid posting services( I freelance now on my own). When I do paid posting I carry a few of my websites in my sig in order to help them in PR or to get indexed. I also do directory submissions. I am really a novice/beginner at programming. I know enough to build basic websites and than to turn and sell them for small profits.

I agree tom....We have some excellent designers,coders,seo gurus,and domain sellers here....with everyone who joined making a contribution...we would have a very successful bunch of people and an awesome webring....now ...how and where do we start the ring?
