Often, I see revenue names for sale on this forum and elsewhere.
They are being under monetized and are for sale at a ridiculously low revenue multiple.
I sometimes do not want to risk large amounts of money on single domains, especially if there is possible TMs involved.
The main focus of this club would be to find, negotiate, and purchase traffic/ revenue domains for 1 to 2 year's revenue.
I know its possible, I just picked up a type in domain for $1500 that makes $5 per day. that's only 10 months.
