First off, I found that I wanted to say "settersguide.com" -- if it's available you might want to also reg the plural form. I own and develop a fair number of dog-related domains and it's interesting how some breed names demand the singular (ie, "dachshundguide.com"), while others ring truer in the plural ("settersguide.com"), especially when considering a guide to the several different subtypes of setters.
Anything dog-related his wildly popular, however because of that you have significant competition. "Setter" has a rather low OVT among the many dog breeds (compare 2,416 OVT for "setter" with 49,284 OVT for "poodle"). The "guide" component of your domain suggests informational content about the breed, as opposed to suggesting dogs for sale. I think you're best off developing this name rather than hoping for a good resale, with one big caveat: that you are actually knowledgeable about the breed. Folks are looking for breed-specific information, specifically selection, behavior, and training.
If however your intent is to develop a sales-related domain, I don't believe that the "guide" appellation is strongly suggestive of a sales-oriented site; you might consider a different domain name for sales orientation that includes "breeder" or "kennel" derivations. For a breed-specific dog sales related domain to be successful, you really need to have top-flight highly relevant content and credentials to generate traffic in a highly competitive dog market. Best of luck with your domains!
