the most glaring thing that i see on this page is that you ask a question, and then fail to answer it. you end the page with "In simple words, what if your potential clients are not able to find your website?" and theres nothing except for a footer to follow it. you most definately need something introducing how your website has the answer to that dilemma, even if its just by writing another sentence or two.
Now, i'm assuming that
http://www.riteseo.com/social-bookmarking.htm is your main page - since this is where your service is listed and it has purchase capabilities. you DEFINATELY need a larger link for this coming from your index - perhaps changing that huge image you have into a hyperlink so that your index acts as a landing / intro page.
one discrepency i found was on the homepage, the link StumbleUpon Service at the bottom links to stumbleupon.htm but if you visit any other page, that link changes to stumbleupon-details.htm. the footer should always have the same links regardless of what page you're on, so you should make that link to stumbleupon.htm and then put the stumbleupon-details.htm link on the stumbleupon.htm page (near the paypal button).
as for that huge image on the homepage itself, it's difficult to read the word "traffic". i had to look at it for a couple of seconds before i could discern what was written. the "t", "a", and first "f" were slightly hard to read, perhaps changing their color to a greish hint so that it stands out against the white background? or maybe just adding like a border to the text w/ photoshop (blending mode->stroke).
other than those suggestions, i believe it has potential. if you use your own services, hopefully you will attract traffic XD. good luck!
