A little help for the newbie please!

Hello and thanks for reading this thread.

I'm not sure, but I think I might have accidentally deleted a new message I received. When I logged in earl9ier, around the area where there should be "Unread: 0" at the top right of a member's screen, I thought I saw a bolded link that said "Notifications: 1" and when I clicked on it, a drop-down list of options appeared and I clicked the first one, which I think was "Unread Messages", but when the page of my inbox loaded, there wasn't any new message.

I'm sure I saw the Notifications link, and that the option I chose started with the word "unread", but I don't quite know what happened after that. Think I got too excited and forgot about reading the entire list thoroughly first, lol.

Any thoughts or advice? I'm sure going to be loads more careful next time, that's for sure.

Maybe you had an unread visitors message? Those messages are read as soon as you click on the notification and then visitors message.

It's not a big issue, honestly. Just check your PM ( Private Message ) inbox and check if you haven't read those messages. If you have read, no problem at all.

Doing that so the Notifications link would appear again really really helped. Appreciate you doing that!
