Just out of curiosity, how do you all come up with your appraisals? I'm VERY new to all of this so I'd really like to know. Especially since everyone's appraisals seem to be different and all seem WAY different from what the esitbot estimations were (I understand they're estimations, for sure, but I'd expect them to be a little closer...).
