A gTLD of big wristwatch brand - to buy or not to buy...

Hi all,
I received low $XXX offer to buy one of gTLD domain with the full name ot one of most famous wristwatch brands.
I know lot for the trademarks and all limitations connected with.
I know the seller - she used to think to write blog on it... tooo many years ago
Now, I have to take decision - the price is OK for me, the brand is very, very poppular...
My question to you is simple: To buy or not to buy?
And if you said "buy it" - what do you think, is it possible to resell it for more money? Let's said $XXXX?
Or "stay far from TM's" and their hungry lawyers? The current onwer never had problems with this domain...
And finally - last year I bought legoxxx.com for $X domain and sold it for low SXXX...

What are your plans for it? If fan site, sure but if it will be parked, udrp waiting to happen.

Is the brand generic? Ie like Ball which may have other uses or specific like Rolex which there is no ifs ands or buts?

It's a given name, not so popular, let's say Roland.
I'm planing to sell it...
