A friend wants a new website, hope you can help.

My friend wants to make a new website for his company.

His current website is

this template I found.

You might have him check out Weebly.com and see if their drag and drop website builder would do the job. There are others (Wix?) that do much the same thing I believe. I no longer write any code because I can do the drag and drop thing so much faster.

WordPress can give it that look and it is User friendly. Let me know if you need help with this project.

$63, is far cheaper then any decently coded remake of the website. If you need someone to modify the theme i charge $7 an hour for namepros members.
