Just a few suggestions.
Take off the Auction Guidelines from the main chatroom, and just make it show up on the Live Auction room. I'm not sure this is possible because it's just the chat client that changes, but if it could be changed somehow that could clear up a lot of the space and maximize advertisers investment because they'd be seen more.
Also in the NP$ exchange take off the .018 bids to buy and lower, it will probably never again dip that low, and it just clutters it up.
