I think the name carries more weight than the searches.To an end user it is a gold mine.I would say, conservatively, mid/high xx,xxx but I would not be surprised to see it hammer that appraisal.

This is a VERY good domain. I agree with mid $xxxx an up. IMO.

This is the kind of domain where to an end user the sky is the limit. In the reseller market I would expect a low $XX,XXX sale. I have seen much worse Product.com sell for $35,000+ recently so you never know exactly.

That is killer domain name. End-user goes 6 figures.

The search stats are meaningless.

An end-user you may not have thought about would be companies that supply chocolate bars to schools/charities for fundraising purposes.
