domain A couple domains I need appraised

Hey all,

I have a couple domains here which are in need of appraising, I'll explain them a little too.

1. "BABECHARM.com" - This was originally an adult related blog, although, I only kept it alive for about 10 days. It got over 800 uniques total for that week. I've searched it on Google (babe charm), and it comes out to 1,230,000 results, but it could very well be used for other niches I'm sure.

2. "CELEBLOOP.com" (Cele-bloop) - I purchased it about a few days ago, and never did anything with it. It was originally going to be used for a Celebrity gossip website, never happened though.

I just wanted to see if these hold any value, and if they're even worth selling. And how much?

BabeCharm.com has to be back links because that isn't powerful enough of a keyword combo to get that much traffic on it's own. I googled BabeCharm.com and seen found a ton of sites it was listed on.

That's ok though. That just means you found a good domain to develop into something you can really make money off of. I say great find!

Yeah, I did fail to mention the back links. But, I'm wondering if these hold any real value?

Adult sites aren't like real domains in that a real domain like LoveYou.com would have value based on the name itself and adult sites don't ... well for the most part ... unless you own like sex.com :P

Anyway, the value of an adult site are based on traffic and in some cases the content associated with the domain. If the site earns let's say $500 a month, then the domain would be worth typically $500 * 24 and in some cases $500 * 60 (if it's really good targetted traffic).

In reality, most adult sites are worth more than you could ever sell them for based off of what you can earn with them by simply owning them and putting the smallest bit of development into them.
