domain A .com and a .us

How much do you guys think leavedebt.com and tehe.us are worth on thier own. I know the second one is a .us tld but i think it could make for a good blog and is easily pronounceable.

They are both registered for about 1 year but as soon a i can get more dough im getting them both for a min of 6 years.

I dont know if the current market situation might help the first one? lol

LeaveDebt.com might be worth low to mid $xx for resale. I don't think tehe.us is worth above registration fee. Good luck with the domains.
