A Bit Strange ?

Just having a look at sedo and keeping in mind you need a paid appraisal to sell over $10,000. (unless this has changed) So i come across brid/com $10,688 + brid/net $27,000 ???

Seems a bit strange, i am thinking old appraisal and listing for the .Net domain

Interesting to know, however still a big margin between the .net and the .com ... that's what got my attention
