This is one of those domains that I would see and instantly think "worthless"..and then be proved wrong when you tell me you've gotten offers (or if I find end users when I research it). I don't mean to speak for everyone else, but I'm guessing many people who see it on those marketplaces will pass it by because they have no idea how it could have worth and may be unconvinced even if you explain in your listing.. also, because there is such a low chance of anyone buying it. People want safe keywords or catchy brands..
I still think it is too odd of a word (if it's a word) to be worth much.
If you think you can get the forum owner to buy it for $100 or something before it expires, might as well try. Otherwise, I'd drop it.
