I'm not buying sites, however I can buy your site if it's built on a good domain.
I can pay end-user price for .com domain that I like. Unless it's a domain for which I'm end-user, I would expect it to be appropriately-priced.

Traffic is always a benefit for any domain. Do not forget to mention traffic volume for every domain if it receives it.
