domain 9yr old - PR1 - 300+ UV Per day

just want to ask your opinions on how much a domain is worth with the traffic stats that i have in the thread title

for 2 days parked at sedo it already have 700+ UV's with a low CTR because it aint optimized or anything.

earning is almost $1/day

Has a quite good Alexa although going down a little. Expression itself is not so popular on the web according to Google.
I'd say 12-24 x monthly revenue. If revenue and traffic stable for at least 3 months: high xxx$ up to x,xxx$

yep, i think its a targeted niche, in case i dont want to sell the domain, is there anyway i can monetize the traffic or to preserve the alexa rank..

anymore ideas guys? i'm still watching if the traffic is stable enough and it seemed that it is quite stable, but i'm willing to wait it out a bit to know if it holds :D
