My guess would be hand reg but you never know. Keep in mind 4 is a bad number. When pronounced it sounds like Death in Chinese. As an example say your address was 1411 Main street. Many Asian people would not consider buying that house or even renting that house. What is ironic is the fact that 4.cn is the place where most numeric domains are sold.

If you are going to start investing in numbered domains I highly recommend you start researching what all the numbers mean. That will give you some great insight into what your potential buyers will be thinking. Most end users are Asian.

Goodluck

What FX said is more than true!
These kind of domains have value only in Chinese market.
4.cn has a great support and will always help both seller and buyer.

Glad to see people aren't trying to keep that site a secret anymore!

It's mostly Chinese buyers and the Chinese love them some numeric domains.

Unfortunately this isn't the greatest number combination. Ending in 4 is very bad and it's only got one 8 and it's in the middle. A combination like 83286 would be much better (2's 3's and 6's are good, 8's are great, 4's are bad - has to do with how those number sound when you say them in Chinese. 4 sounds close to the word for 'death').

98694 is the zip code for Toutle, Washington. While not as awesome as having the zip code of a major city (Toutle is barely a village, with fewer than 800 residents) there may be some value in the community -- look around for a business/tourist board, chamber of commerce etc. in the area and talk with them, if you can't get what you want for it at 4.cn
