I used to be in the mortgage industry but got out of it 4 yrs ago so I am selling this website.
This website was initially used to create leads for myself when I was in the business. When I got out of the business, I kept it and turned it into a content site with adsense as a source for making extra income.
I haven't done much to it over the past few years as my focus has gone elsewhere so traffic isn't anything to speak of. There are no income sheets to look at, but this industry pays very well per click (in terms of adsense).
The value is in the domain name and domain age (9 years) as well as the content that is there.
If you are will to put a little bit of time by adding content regularly and doing a little marketing, this can be a nice money maker for you.
Also, you can use the site to capture leads, then sell the leads to mortgage brokers (like the lendingtree.com).
