I think 8k is a bit overboard, too. Personally, I'd be happy with mid to high $XXX, and believe that (very) low $XXXX is possible.

It appears that there are over 1,400 domains in the com/net/org/info namespace that start with either '7th' or 'seventh', so I'll start my end-user marketing with these guys.

I would have gone higher w/ the wholesale, but was concerned about ".net" and it's current slight downturn due to other TLD competition. But it obviously fits nicely w/ base term, so I will defer to the others judgement and the higher appraisals. Good luck Apollo.
