Trying to pick up the pieces.
Should have asked first...
Anybody know how much this is worth?
Thanks :)

It fits into the mid-high $xxx range.

Thanks for your appraisal. Is this based on previous sales or some kind of recipe? I saw an online appraisal site which gave different. So confusing...

It's just statistic. Don't consider appraisal sites, they use some specific metrics to estimate the value of a domain, but metrics are just a minor part.

For example any online appraisal would estimate any LLL.info within the $1,xxx range, but most of the sales are within high $xx and low $xxx (with few exception, of course).

Related sales examples(Source:dnsaleprice.com):
78O.com - sold for $600 - Afternic
LS9.com - Sold for $500 - Afternic

No more than mid $xxx.
It will be best to wait for end user for better profit IMHO

Good luck :)

Sheogorath,
That is brilliant. Really good advice. I was looking for "comparables" like in real estate.
Wow

I am understanding now that end users pay more, but you have to find them and that takes time.
Really good idea.

Right. It's all about your situation. If you can afford to hang on to it, it might be worth the wait for the right end-user. On the other hand, if you need the money now, then it'll be much quicker and easier to sell to a reseller.

That's what I like about having names that I know I can flip easily in case I need money now.

It's a good CCC.

Thanks for the infro in this thread.
Has really helped.
In my research, I found out about domain age. And branding.
> 78L is almost 10 years old
> And here is the logo, which seems "brandable".
78L%20logo.gif

Does this increase the value?
