I think with the coming of IDNs, Chinese websites that use short number domains will diminish. Also, I don't know how popular the .us is for Chinese website developers.

I would think that there are still a good number of NNNN.us domains available? I'd say low $xx. Maybe once all the NNNN.us names are taken it will increase.

I dont think it has much value undeveloped, probably Low $xx at max.
