Hello:
I have a new site that I am re-developing. The site focuses on different types of relationships. There will be an index page with information which links to both a blog and a forum. I have a header design which I created on the forum now. I would like to use the same colors and pictures for the header.
What I need is a stand-alone logo (white background), and a logo version that is integrated into the forum header somehow (possibly where the site title is not; although there need not be a black background). For instance, you may just use a symbol from the logo.
The logo for the index page should be slightly conservative but also convey a sense of fun. The site covers a broad array of relationships (i.e., workplace, business, international, family, enemies, affairs, etc), so it should not look like it should be for a dating, pen pal or any specific love theme.
You should stick to the guidelines for the index logo, but I welcome any creative integration for the forum header.
Theme: Anything to do with relationships (serious, fun, dangerous, silly loving, etc)
Approach: The mark should be flexible enough to symbolize both serious/professional subjects and fun/whimsical topics.
Colors: Dark oranges, yellows and grays (I welcome any proposed alternative color schemes you feel may better convey the theme).
Format: Vector based, PNG, JPG
Deadline: I will set the deadline at this Friday. However, if I see a design I really like I may end much earlier.
Delivery: You must provide a note with the fonts and colors used in the logo. I require a vector graphic file (preferably in Macromedia Freehand), and a Macromedia Fireworks (PNG) or Adobe Photoshop (PSD) format --I prefer PNG. You must deliver JPG file too.
Payment: $75 for both the regular logo, and an integrated logo/header design. You must have a PayPal account, as I will use PayPal to send the payment
Important: Your work must be 100% original. All intellectual property rights convery to me exclusively. This is a work-for-hire agreement.
By enterting the contest, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
