domain 74 million google results for this domain. Any value?

This maybe a dubious domain name regarding the amount of results in google.

"rank 4" brings 72,300,000 results, "rank4" another 111,000.

Most probably there isn't any value for it but the question is, should i keep it or drop it? Since "1-9" + rank.com and rank + "1-9" are already taken and rank4.com was created since 2002.

I'd probably keep it. I'd say it just depends on if you really need that extra money to do what your doing or not. If it doesn't hurt then I wouldn't drop it...
