Here is a 7000 page website, with tons of ways to make money. www.independentwebmaster.com is a 7000 page custom website with several ways to make money. The site is mostly an webmaster article site. I've placed 3 google ads on all of pages, meaning there is 20000 google ads and I tried to place them well for hits.
I've placed two products on the front page that each sell for $97 each which is the recommended price for each, and the one product is well worth the price. At my buy it now price, one sell almost pays for the site.
I've also advertised that the site sells links at $12 per month. $12 a month for 7000 links, could be a decent sell and as you build page rank you could surely charge more.
I also added a banner rotator program to help traffic and to sell clicks perhaps. I also loaded a click bank java program that displays product, but did not end up using it in the site, but the script is loaded(although I think I did dump the database).
Okay so there you have it, a 7000 webmaster article site. Several ways to make money, just needs promotion. The name is newer and at the register enom. I just finished the site today so the site doesnt have traffic.
I will help buyer change over google and the other small changes the new owner might want to make. BIN now is $125, but I will take offers over $75

this is the first time I've looked at this script. It really is a nice script. You could build your own hotscripts site with enough time. This script will be on several of my next personal sites as it has all the fuctions of high end scripts.

The above sites are turnkey, save the first site which is custom. All the names are newer and the sites are new. The sites have not been promoted as they are brand new as stated. They are good starting points on good names. The names are registered at www.enom.com accounts there are free and so is transfer. I can only transfer to enom as the names are not 60 days old.
