I agree with these except Texas Holdem Club | com -- the term doesn't seem to jump at me, and a 3 word domain should at least do that. But mid $xx as-is.

PokerFullContact.com is a take on FullContactPoker.com, a fairly popular site endorsed by Daniel Negreaneu. Not sure how good it is regardless.

TexasHoldemClub.com is a great name. I don't have enough experience to give a price, but I do have poker experience, and that is definitely a keeper.
