7 domains for development, looking for a business partner

Hello I am looking for a business partner, a developer which could develop these domains. I would split all the income we got on them 50-50. Domains are the following

EstateNew.com - estate domain, 2200$ valued by estibot
BestExposed.com - a papparazzi site? Adult one?
ListenOpera.com - Opera video,music download or feed?
BanksDeals.com - my best one I think, Banking.
AssetsBanking.com - I am not really sure about this one.
PieRestaurants.com - a restaurant directory?
HowToSpray.com - graffiti community? or tips about spraying?
