Hello, I have a number of domain names that I need to find a new home for and the following 8 doman names begining with the world "local" are expiring in 30 days. If you want one of them, I will renew it for one year and then change ownership to you as soon as I am able to transfer it (should be in a few days after the close of this auction) provided you are the high bidder and want one of these.
This auction is for one name only, please indicate what name (or names) you want and post a reply indicating it along with your bid price.

Since i will have to renew the name for you before I transfer it (because transfers are not allowed during the expiry period), I am looking for a minimum bid of $20 US (which is basically what I paid for each name including the original registration + the renewal fee).
The By It Now (BIN) price is $40 per name for those names listed above.
The first person to post the BIN amount is the winner and I will edit this post to remove that name from the list. Otherwise post a reply with your minimum bid (at least $20) and we will wait 7 days (the maximum time for this auction) and the name will go to the high bidder).
If you want to check them on sedo, you can see more information about them. Prior to today, I had the price on sedo set to $199 because I had no idea how to change it and so these names have been sitting there for several months being priced way to high (like most of the sedo names there) I'm pretty sure that's why nobody bought them yet over there.
Regardless, i did figure out how to change the price on sedo, but for some reason they make you put at least $60. I don't know why that is, but that is what they are all currently set to now on sedo.
I will be letting these names drop (expire) if nobody bids on them, so if you want to take your chances with name snipers who may snatch them up on their drop dates, then don't bid - just wait for them to expire and drop in about 75 days. I just wanted to give you guys first shot at some pretty decent names.
Payment is expected within a reasonable few days after an agreement has been reached with either Paypal or credit card and I will renew the name for one year and start the change of ownership as soon as possible.

The same rules apply as above except these names are not in the expiry period and can be transfered or change of ownership can be processed immediately.

Additionally, I must reserve the right to close this auction early for a particular name if one of them is sold sedo.com within the next 7 days. I doubt that will happen during the course of this auction, but if you place a minimum bid here and someone buys it over there at sedo for the currently listed $60 price, i will have no choice but to sell it and retract your minimum bid. As I said, I doubt that will happen, but since i just dropped the price over there today from $199 to $60, anything can happen.
