0 also, means "for sure", or "can", depends on what digit follows or in front.
4 when coupled with 8 is a good number. 4 when coupled with 1 or 3 or 7 in front is bad, unless it's a phrase such as 1314 means "forever". Young lovers or couples love this.
When 44 go in pair like this, it means "everything". Could be good, or bad, depends on what follows after, if 4458, means "every time won't prosper". Not so good. 4418 or 4408 or 4498 on the other hand is good, means "everything sure prosper".
