Top Rankings for most major keywords (and climbing)
$50,000 or so have gone into optimizing this site, and, as most will tell you, this takes time. The rewards are still coming.

$65,000 per month in sales
$50 per day in adsense revenue
Profit Margin, roughly speaking, of 20% on gross sales
Only marketing right now is Bizrate/Shopping.com/Yahoo Shopping.

30,000 unique visitors per month +

Here is a link to some screen shots. As you can see, I've purposely UNDERSTATED the above figures, so that there are not any unrealistic expectations.

Realistically, the site should do in the range of $1.5 to $2.0 million in sales next year, with an estimated profit of at least $300k, not including any adsense revenue.

I'm looking only for serious buyers, please. I apologize of this comes across as rude, but, I had someone the other day call me and offer me $20,000 for this site, which I found a bit insulting.

Included in the sale would be the site, and everything included in same (products, logo, etc). In addition, I would furnish a list of all my suppliers for you and put you in contact with each of them personally. Furthermore, I would put you in contact with a drop shipper that I know of, that I don't personally use, because it would lower my profit margin, as their prices are higher than if you were to stock your product as I have done.

If there are any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Sincerely,

Perfumes

question

The site looks great!

Are you saying in the post that you personally stock all the products? How much space does it take and how much time are we talking per day spent on running the site?

And also you stated you do not use the dropshipper, hence why the above question is asked!

How do you feel your market presence is? Meaning basically on the mentioned stats and revenue, sounds good, but what do you see your potential for growth?

Will you provide buyer with the ad campaigns that you have shown to be effective, and for this site since I am sure it will be 60K+ minimum, will you assist new owner in transistioning for a max of 30 days ( not full time that is, just when questions arise)?

Also are you able to provide financials in paper once escrow or attorney is used, so we may review the full details of the revenue and expenses.

And personally I would prefer we go through an attorney for the completion of a sale of this amount! Do you have any issues with any of this?

Thanks in Advance,
Mill

What is the price range you are looking for? How much time is required to operate? How many items are you shipping each day?

Alot of the questions being asked have really already been answered, but, it's no big deal, I will answer them again:

Are you saying in the post that you personally stock all the products? How much space does it take and how much time are we talking per day spent on running the site?

It's a full time job, folks, but, it will certainly earn you a full time income. You could stock the merchandise in a very small warehouse if you chose to stock the merchandise.

And also you stated you do not use the dropshipper, hence why the above question is asked!

I answered this. I don't use them because their prices are higher than if I stock my merchandise, so it lowers my margin. You could always raise your prices slightly, to compensate for this. In fact, this is what I am considering doing as we stand, as my market presence and repeat business is already to a level where price competitiveness isn't AS important.

How do you feel your market presence is? Meaning basically on the mentioned stats and revenue, sounds good, but what do you see your potential for growth?

I answered this too. $1.5mil to $2.0mil next year in sales is very possible, and in fact likely.

Will you provide buyer with the ad campaigns that you have shown to be effective, and for this site since I am sure it will be 60K+ minimum, will you assist new owner in transistioning for a max of 30 days ( not full time that is, just when questions arise)?

I indicated that I do NOT advertise and the ONLY pay per click that I utilize is a product feed for shopping.com, Bizrate.com and Yahoo Shopping.

Yes, I am willing to work with any new owner for as long as it takes to answer all your questions and make sure that you know waht you are doing.

Also are you able to provide financials in paper once escrow or attorney is used, so we may review the full details of the revenue and expenses.

Absolutely. In fact, I would expect to, in a sale of this size.

And personally I would prefer we go through an attorney for the completion of a sale of this amount! Do you have any issues with any of this?

Not at all.

Secondary one more thing i would like to ask and that is how old the site is anyways ???

The site is about a year old (which is why the growth that is has experience is so extraordinary).

What is the price range you are looking for? How much time is required to operate? How many items are you shipping each day?

I am accepting offers. Again, this is a full time job, and work is CERTAINLY required. If you had a warehouse, you would need maybe one part time employee to pick and pack the orders on a daily basis.

We ship out about 60 orders per day, and the above task would take ONE person about 4 hours per day.

Anyone else?

I'll start this off with $500 :)

That's kind of a joke, right? I make three times that much on adsense revenue, in a month's time.

Fine... $700 :hehe:

I appreciate a good joke as much as anyone else, but, why waste precious bandwith, and your valuable time by posting nonsense? Not trying to be rude, but, can we just stick to trying to sell this site?

I note you've done "a lot of SEO work.." and you managed to spend $50k on that, might I ask why you never got around to using mod_rewrite which would potentially elevate your individual listings by so much more?

Because there is no need to. All my product pages have been indexed, as I'm sure you have taken the opportunity to see by now.

I'm not looking for critiques, or tips. I'm looking to sell the site, but thanks.
