Hello,

The data taken from official sources. For instance: Facebook – from public Facebook API, tweet count from public twitter API, the same thing for alexa and other data.

Speaking about estimate values, I could tell that the price depends on: tweet count, gplus, facebook likes, pagerank, alexa, pages in search engines (Yahoo, Bing, Google) and google backlinks. The formula is too complex, so I’m not going to describe it.

Page views, unique visitors, ads revenue depends on alexa.
