basically you can send money to friends and family without any fees taken out ,I do it automatically when I buy something here if the guy has good feedback,sometimes if the person is in another country they charge a nominal fee so last time I bought something from a guy in india if I would have sent regular paypal for a 300 transaction he would net about 288 about ,so I did and family and they charged me 301 so my 1 buck saved for 12, but if the person is in us its usually free no fee at all
