I am selling my clients as I am getting out of the business. All clients have been with us for over a year except one which has been with us since November of 2006.
All the clients are U.S.A. based.
The yearly revenue from the hosting is $2293.50.
5 regular hosting clients.
1 Reseller.
318 mb is the entire disk space used for all the clients including the reseller.
Total bandwidth usage for last month was 2.6 gigs for all these clients plus my personal accounts, so it is actually quite less.
All clients are on a monthly basis except 2(yearly).
I am looking for $1700.

These are the packages of the clients. Number 2 owes for a website that was done. His payments will include the $125 for the next 10 months.
The clients have been with us for a long time and the cPanel is controlled by us as the deal they signed up on was a special package with their website. They require basically no maintenance what so ever and don't want to deal with moving their sites. When you aquire the clients.... you will have control of their cPanel and giving them access will be a decision on your end. So they cannot leave. The reseller is the only one with access to his cPanel and WHM account and he has been with us for over a year.
The client that has been with us since November does not have access to his cPanel and there fore can not take his site to another company until his balance of $1250 is payed off. This is where the 125$ monthly comes from. He also does not want to move this site as everything has already been situated and is happy where he is.
With the sale, I will allow whomever buys to use my name servers for up to 6 months in order to make the switch much easier on their end. By then, you should have already switched over their personal name servers which is not very difficult.
As you can see, this is a secure sale with the clients.
