You should remove this. The site no longer generates any income. There is no way to guarantee the buyer will generate anything if they have to come up with a new product line.

I placed an edit to the title for further clarification.

Adding a 1 year date range to the title is NOT a clarification whatsoever.

but won't remove the whole line, as the site previously generated income and that is the main selling point.

You should, because its 100% misleading. Your BIN is 3% of the old annual revenue.
