5k hits a day and I need advice on how to cash in on them

beginning of this month I launched a video site and we are now getting in excess of 5,000 hits a day and within 1 month will be top 100k alexa. We decided to keep the site free of advertisements for 1-2 months as we wanted it as clean and easy to use as possible for return/new visitors. We are almost to the point where we are ready to put up ads and to cash in on the hits.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Online marketing firm referrals, how much you think the hits would be worth? just about any info would be appreciated.

Might be hard to make cash since you're linking to some downloads that might not pass the legal test. Very recent movie downloads.
