I've noticed that they are all caught by 55hl.com

Anyone heard about that company ? Are they a frontend for a big dropcatcher ?

I supposed 4L would mean 4 Letters
and 3N should mean 3 number domains, for eg. 392

CHIPS stands for Chinese Premiums

You have plenty to read about that subject. Just search that term in the search box on this forum.

Basically, it's considered domains without vowels or letter v or numbers 0 or 4.
