503 eror issues

Hey all,

I am getting 503 errors out the rear end all of the sudden. Here is the strange thing. They are showing in the avstats totals but not in the error log. The site seems to load fine.

Any ideas of what could be the problem?

Any feedback/suggestions welcomed.

This error basically means the webserver cannot handle the request at the moment (Service unavailable). Do you have any special configuration or only a simple webserver? I'd suggest to contact your host.

I did contact the host. They are not sure why the 503's are showing up in the avstats either. No indication on their end that any errors are occuring.
