Type of Contest : Banner & Template Contest for a site about Lasik Eye Surgery

Prize : $50

Contest End Date & Time : Whichever comes first... a great template or by 10/16 at 9pm

Size Requirements: Must be viewable without scrolling on vast majority of browsers

Color Requirements: Your choice, but keep it professional looking!

General Requirements : This site should reflect a professional yet welcoming image for a Lasik Surgery content site. It will require the design of TWO pages. One site for the homepage and another site for relevant articles linked to from the main site. The winner CAN be selected on the merits of only a homepage design, but contestant will be required to create a second page after being announced the winner (and before payment)

Additional Information : If I really like your design, I may award you the winner before the end of the contest. And, if I really really really like your design I may even give you a tip (and contract you for future jobs!

Edit: The main content part of the homepage will need to accomodate about 200 words with additional link panels and areas layed out. The second page will need to accomodate articles varying in length from 100-1500 words.

Does this include coding, or just the PSD files?

Do you mind if the template isn't entirely original? (i.e. we use the structure from a free template)

Coding must be included. I don't care where the template comes from as long as I like what it looks like and it displays in all the browsers. If I really like the design I'll give you a tip.

ummm... it looks nice hayes but is has absolutely nothing to do with lasik eye surgery? the entire thing is 100% generic for a general website directory?

The guy has his eyes wide open for goodness sake! A simple "I can see!", or similar quote, and you'd be in the clear. I also picked it because it will make a good article directory, with a little tweaking, for lasik eye surgery.
