We appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to the attention of our office and our Undo Department. As we understand, you recently purchased a domain name from a 3rd party outside of Go Daddy that was ultimately returned to the original registrant after they disputed the changes made to the domain name. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have resulted due to these circumstances.
As indicated by our Undo department, any further dispute over the registration of the domain name will need to be sent either to the registrant, through an ICANN-approved arbitration provider (
http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court system. Please understand that our office is unable to become involved in matters of this nature and as such, we respectfully ask that you follow the recommendations provided by our Undo department should there be any remaining concerns.

Thank you for your email. Please be advised that we investigated many aspects of this claim, including but not limited to IP addresses, identity confirmation and account activity. After our investigation was complete and information confirmed, we returned the domain names to the previous registrant.
You may wish to contact the seller of the domain names to confirm that they were authorized to sell the domain names in question. You may also wish to contact the current registrant of the domain names regarding your dispute.
