I paid for MODERNGUIDES.COM through paypal and after I accepted the push Godaddy pulled the domain back per sellers request??? Paypal notified Seller avoiding ... FRAUD !

Godaddy took the domain right out of my account, from the undo department!!! See other NP'er post same issue, you tell us whats going on !!! Mod >>> This seller left RETALIATORY feedback, please remove at once !

I sold these 3 domains to somebody else in other forum, then they complained their domains were cancelled in their account and pushed back to the original owner.

Those domains are live websites when I offered and sold them to other persons. My customers in fact asked me whether the sites are included as well. I didn't notice before when I purchased them with thebdude1 that those domains have live contents.

I explained my customers that the websites were not included. I changed the nameserver from thebdude1 left when he pushed the domains and parked them with Godaddy.
Me and buyers had deals. I then pushed the domains then a few days later, I got complained of domain cancellation from them.

Those domains are now back to the websites that you are see now when you click the urls which mean the same owner and the same nameserver.

thebdude1 told me in pm that he also got scammed by somebody else, but I am sorry I don't believe what you said. Thank goodness, I only had a small amount transaction with him. In the future, I am avoid dealing with this guy.

I agree and hope that p0ersepollis filed a Paypal claim as well, I believe that the Mods should close the account of this person for doing this. We both purchased and paid for the domains fairr and square and apparently he was then offered more by someone else. I also filed a complaint with ICANN as the domains were pushed to our respective accounts and theyu illegal transferred them back. Stay away from this seller, bad news indeed !

as to what happened to all you guys and the deals.

If anyone has issues with this thread/deals - please use the Report Post icon
so we can have it all in one place and know what is happening.

You guys are asking for the mods to close the account etc, but there were no reports so we didn't
even know .
Anytime there is this type of issue we can only help if we are aware of it.
