My last three contests were very satisfactory so I am offering one more.

This contest is similar to this one:

But this time I need some more requirements. I need 5 attach buttons and text fields for the names of the uploaded files. I will also need a small amount of space for a graphic.

Here is an outline of what I need. The gradient parts are the buttons.

Please keep everything in layers and/or layer groups, especially the buttons.

Any questions, please ask. However, I am not a designer, so I can't answer designlike questions. That's why I am having a contest. Just make a slick design. You should keep it as compact as possible, even smaller total area than the example above. But the upload area, and error message area, like in the previous forms, should be around the same size. Just make good use of space. Good luck. Contest ends when enough designs are in, or in one week.

Much better, wouldnt mind seeing something less "flat", I guess is the only way to describe it. Your's is good to Carlitos, need a space for what kind of file it is, like in Zenius' (file folder next to the upload button). You could put yours on the right. Keep em coming everyone. Like all my other contests, I will choose more than one winner more than likely so that not everyone has wasted their time. Payments will be decreased, but at least you will get something.

Damaged, nice. But a little too dark on the top. And the top two areas, for upload and errors, need to be a little bigger. Also need a place to put a pic of what kind of file has been uploaded. For example, if they upload a zip file, I will put a tiny little zip graphic. If they upload an mp3, I will put a little music like graphic next to the file uploaded name.

Is this for just the design, or will there be any coding involved? Also, is there a specific program or file format that you need this in? I know you said you wanted all the layers kept separate, but is there a specific program you will be using to edit the layers? Sorry for all the questions, but I just want to make sure I get things right!

No, coding. Just the design. Keep everything in layers and layer groups as necessarry. Buttons should be in layer groups. I dont do any batch editing. I will just laboriously work through everything.

Damaged, you forgot to put a place for the small graphic that tells what kind of file is uploaded. I will do those graphics, but you need to supply a place for them.

Thanks for the comments. I left that space because you said to leave the spacefor the graphic, but I didn't know you actually wanted me to put it in. If you would likeI culd still do it? But I'm sure that you could do it easily
