MP3 player skins - multiple winners

Hello. I am offering a contest for MP3 player skins. The skins may be done in photoshop, but the buttons must be on seperate layers and I would prefer the buttons to have over and click states as well as normal.

I need a forward button, a back button, a play button, and a stop button.
I need a volume adjuster too like the one in the example (link below).

The MP3 player can be any size, but dont go too big or too tiny.

I will hold this contest for two weeks or when enough designs are in to choose winners.

1st Prize = $25.00
2nd Prize = $15.00
3rd Prize = $10.00
4th Prize $5.00
5th Prize = $5.00

Okay i understand that but should the end result be html or flash ?

Or shall we just make seperate buttons, for the over and click states?

I will code the flash and everything, you can send PSD documents as a winner. I'd rather do the Flash stuff myself so that I know where everything is. So the end result from you guys should be PSD.

The pic in the link above is color. Deadline is two weeks or when enough designs come through to pics the winners. Look forward to seeing your entries.

Also, I edited the post to make sure that there is a volume adjuster as well as the buttons.

BMFX That's a good start. I don't need a progress bar for the sound, the digital display is enough. And I don't need any background colors, just the mp3 player as a stand alone, in other words, just white background.

dvirhazout: Again, good start, but no progress bar. Looking for a little more though in general.

umxca: That's a nice and simple, but there is no place that displays the song title like in the example. Also, the faded borders are not what I need. But the volume adjuster is a great example of what I do want.

Everyone: please use other colors besides blue. You can search for real world examples for your inspiration and make something that is your own. However, no iPod designs, please. YOu can make the MP3 player something round or another crazy shape as long as it looks sleek.

you can make a stereo, remember this is just not going to have to fit in your pocket, its for online use.

You can use themes. Make a blinged out diamond studded player for example. Just make it slick.

Obviously you decide on the winners in this comp. If you select 1/2/3rd places and the 4th gets $5.00

Now, If I've spent an hour or two doing a nice mp3 player, but you decide that it lands 4th place, I'm not going to want to sell it to you for $5.00

Therefore, do I have the right to decline the "winning spot" and keep the design?

You can refuse the $5.00 and keep the design. But I'm not giving $5.00 for nothing (in other words, no design, no $5.00). Every contest has a winner and usually multiple losers. I think people participate knowing that they could lose.

Now, what I could have done was offer one $60.00 prize and everyone else would get nothing for there efforts and I would feel bad, but thats the way these contests work isn't it?
1st Prize = $25.00

In fact, if you come in second and don't want to sell the design for $15.00, you may do so. I understand your concern, but please understand that I was doing it this way to benefit the designers for their efforts.
