Just registered four domains with them. Their website is speedy! I'm not sure if I am a fan of their "add funds" thing though, especially when they don't eat the fees - it makes it complicated to add the exact funds to checkout.

I send them an email yesterday and no response yet. A good registrar always responds within 12 hours IMO.
